Delete your account

You can delete your Kariaa account and the personal data associated with it at any time, using any of the three options below. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

In the Kariaa app

Open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately and you are signed out on that device.

On the web

Sign in at www.kariaa.com and go to Profile → Preferences → Danger zone. Type DELETE to confirm.

By email

If you can no longer sign in, email info@kariaa.com from the address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner and process it within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account, sign-in credentials, profile, and verification details.
  • Uploaded files: your resume, profile photo, and any photos, videos, or recordings you submitted with tasks.
  • Your conversations with the Kariaa assistant on every channel, saved jobs, matches, and pending notifications.
  • Your personal details are removed from job applications you submitted. De-identified application records (for example, an employer's record that a hire happened) may be retained.

Records we are required to keep for fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the platform may be retained in de-identified form, as described in our Privacy Policy.
